Solar system 'Belcharae Callae (RCG059)' is a dual star system that comprises the stars 'Belcharae Callae.A' and 'Belcharae Callae.B' and the retinue of celestial objects gravitationally bound to them: 15 planets and their 548 moons, as well as asteroids, meteoroids, planetoids, comets, and interplanetary dust.

The principal components of this star system are the stars 'Belcharae Callae.A' and 'Belcharae Callae.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'Belcharae Callae.A' is a red supergiant class star that contains about 77% of the system's known mass, 'Belcharae Callae.B' is a red giant class star that contains about 21% of the system's known mass.

System 'Belcharae Callae' is located more than 225 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

Zelchee, the sixth planet in this system, features organic life forms with quite low intelligence, remaining on a very primitive evolutionary level. Its average temperature is 312K (39C) and it's atmosphere contains 19% of oxygen. One year on Zelchee lasts 119537 days, one day lasts 17 hours. It's diameter is 15402 km, 1.2 times the diameter of the Earth.

Zelchus, the seventh planet in this system, features organic life forms with quite low intelligence. The civilisation on this planet is a colony. Its average temperature is 286K (13C) and it's atmosphere contains 27% of oxygen. One year on Zelchus lasts 219604 days, one day lasts 26 hours. It's diameter is 13862 km, 1 times the diameter of the Earth.


This system belongs to the famous Belchalots from the giant star Great Belchious QHF613. They go around studying giant and super giant star systems throughout the galaxy. With all this exploring the Belchalot have found a wide variety of different stars and solar systems along with interesting discoveries.

In their early days of space travel they discovered this system and were able to claim it for themselves. This is a stable binary system of giant stars Belcharae and Callae which has a larger number of planets than is usual for giant binary systems and happens to have two habitable planets Zelchee and Zelchus in orbits further out than is usual but nicely within this system's Goldilocks Zone.

With its central location near the galactic core Belcharae Callae became the capital for the Belchalot as this is an ideal location for stellar scientists and major galactic powers from around the galaxy to come here and study or share information.

Tagloc is a very large terrestrial planet (9696 km radius) which orbits its star in 1016 Earth days, one day on Tagloc lasts 17 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1890 K (1617 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of and it has 6 moons.

Glowing dull red hot world from the pounding fierce heat from the twin stars which has also striped Tagloc of its atmospere. Due to being close to the twin stars more than half of the planet is illuminated most of the time.

Aycheo is a large terrestrial planet (7541 km radius) which orbits its star in 1867 Earth days, one day on Aycheo lasts 32 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1617 K (1344 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of nitrogen, oxygen and it has 15 moons.

Erious is a very small terrestrial planet (2416 km radius) which orbits its star in 3430 Earth days, one day on Erious lasts 229 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 958 K (685 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of and it has 1 moons.

Small hot world that has lost it's atmosphere. The only thing of interest that's unusual is the retograde orbital day.

Lahryma is a large gas giant (63627 km radius) which orbits its star in 65067 Earth days, one day on Lahryma lasts 15 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1502 K (1229 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen, helium and it has 71 moons.

A frozen world whose surface is mostly covered in deep ice sheets and craters. No life has evolved here as it has been to cold.

Veros is a medium gas giant (22646 km radius) which orbits its star in 1361604 Earth days, one day on Veros lasts 15 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1218 K (945 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen, helium and it has 71 moons.

Small but bright planet. One moon has been transformed to a base for long distance transmissions to communicate with ships and settlements as far away to the galactic edge.

Learium is a large gas giant (61552 km radius) which orbits its star in 2501427 Earth days, one day on Learium lasts 15 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1769 K (1496 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen and it has 73 moons.

A strangely dark coloured giant gas world. Most of the moons are very small but does have one habitable moon that was terraformed for habitation. Other smaller moons and asteroids are mined for raw materials and elements.

Kelpus is a massive gas giant (147079 km radius) which orbits its star in 4595415 Earth days, one day on Kelpus lasts 15 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1924 K (1651 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen and it has 111 moons.

Cheroo is a medium gas giant (31482 km radius) which orbits its star in 8442317 Earth days, one day on Cheroo lasts 6 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1653 K (1380 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen, helium and it has 81 moons.

Cheroo has a fast rotation giving it short days. There are few details in the cloud formations on the surface as they are quickly blown away. The moons are left untouched but may be used in the future.

Chanby is a medium gas giant (26004 km radius) which orbits its star in 15509527 Earth days, one day on Chanby lasts 15 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1260 K (987 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of and it has 11 moons.

Remote outer world used as a port for the Belchalot large science ships. Here these large ships undergo repairs, new supplies and refuelling. Some moons are used to store these supplies.

Izits is a small terrestrial planet (3097 km radius) which orbits its star in 20387802 Earth days, one day on Izits lasts 33 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 33 K (-240 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of and it has 8 moons.
