The principal components of this star system are the stars 'TDE246.A' and 'TDE246.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'TDE246.A' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 60% of the system's known mass, 'TDE246.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 39% of the system's known mass.

System 'TDE246' is located more than 1869 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
