The principal component of this star system is the star 'UKE563', a red dwarf class star that contains about 99.23% of the system's known mass and dominates it gravitationally. UKE563 is located more than 1440 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

UKE563.1, the first planet in this system, may feature life forms. Its average temperature is 276K (3C) and it's atmosphere contains 28% of oxygen. One year on UKE563.1 lasts 150 days, one day lasts 17 hours. It's diameter is 20162 km, 1.5 times the diameter of the Earth.
