Solar system 'Kharhazan (VED756)' comprises the star 'Kharhazan' and the retinue of celestial objects gravitationally bound to it: 8 planets and their 110 moons, as well as asteroids, meteoroids, planetoids, comets, and interplanetary dust.

The principal component of this star system is the star 'Kharhazan', a red dwarf class star that contains about 98.49% of the system's known mass and dominates it gravitationally. Kharhazan is located more than 4221 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

Kharmazd, the first planet in this system, features organic life forms with an average intelligence that have developed a high tech civilisation capable of utilizing hyperspace technology to explore their own solar system as well as distant star systems. Its average temperature is 312K (39C) and it's atmosphere contains 20% of oxygen. One year on Kharmazd lasts 156 days, one day lasts 11 hours. It's diameter is 15946 km, 1.2 times the diameter of the Earth.

Dassehar, the sixth planet in this system, features single cell life forms. Its average temperature is 272K (-1C) and it's atmosphere contains 0% of oxygen. One year on Dassehar lasts 10234 days, one day lasts 8 hours. It's diameter is 32716 km, 2.5 times the diameter of the Earth.

Kharhazan is a smallish red dwarf at the outskirts of the galaxy with a family of eight planets. It is a quiet star, with little flare activity or starspots.

The inner six planets are terrestrial planets and the outer two are gas giants. Between the inner and outer planets is a belt of icy comets and asteroids.

The first planet is home to an intelligent race called the Khardai. This star and its planets are part of the Artellian Empire (VED755).
